* Animals are packed with extreme care to insure safe arrival.

* Shipping costs are prepaid.

*DELTA DASH is approx. $100. This method of shipping is by far the most reliable and safest for the animals. Each Delta Dash shipment is insured up to a maximum claim of $750.

* Door to door overnight shipping is available via Ship Your Reptiles.com or FedEx. Cost depends on the destination, dimensions / weight of the box, and so forth.

* Open your box immediately to insure the animal has arrived safe. If you discover a problem, you must notify Serpents Online.com of the problem right away.

* Ship Your Reptiles.com and FedEx deliveries are made Tuesday thru Friday, unless other arrangements are made. Saturday deliveries with FedEx are available at extra cost.

* Shipping maybe postponed if weather conditions are unfavorable or other circumstances exist.

* Serpents Online.com is not liable for packages mishandled by the carrier, including but not limited to, lost or stolen packages, delivery delay, misrouted packages, damaged packages, or other circumstances beyond the control of Serpents Online.com.
