• All serpents are honestly represented and of the highest health. 
• Contact us with the ID numbers of the serpents you're interested in. We will let you know if they are still in stock. Availability subject to change without notice.
• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If not completely satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund, credit or replacement (shipping costs not included).
• All animals sold on a first paid - first served basis.
• All snakes are guaranteed correctly sexed. We always sex the animal one more time before shipping. 
• Upon receiving, check your animals carefully. Any problems must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving shipment.  Beyond 48 hours, Serpents Online.com assumes no further liability. 
• All snakes will be feeding voluntarily unless indicated otherwise. This includes snakes that voluntarily feed on scented pink mice or pink rats. 
• All snakes are captive bred by Serpents Online.com unless indicated otherwise. We do not broker other breeder's animals.
• If you want a favorable position on our waiting list, simply let us know. When the animals hatch, we will go down the list and notify each person in order. At that time you may either accept or decline to purchase. 
• Certified checks, money orders, and PayPal are acceptable forms of payment. 
• Those who opt to use PayPal cover  their 3 percent surcharge.  Our PayPal address is serpent-info@comcast.net 
• Payment plans are available on purchases over $750. A 20 percent non-refundable deposit will hold the animals.  Balance is due in 45 calendar days.  Deposit is forfeited if balance is not fully paid in 45 calendar days. 
• Quantity discounts are available - please inquire. 
• With every purchase we are happy to answer questions and give guidance, however, if you are inexperienced please research the requirements of the animal before buying. 

SHIPPING

• Live arrival is guaranteed. 
• Animals are packed with extreme care to insure safe arrival. Our clients  have never had an animal DOA or suffer health related issues from shipping. 
• Shipping costs are prepaid.  
• Free shipping on orders $1,000 or more..
• DELTA DASH is approx. $110. This method of shipping is by far the most reliable and safest for the animals. 
• Door to door shipping is available. Cost is approximately $50 to $95 depending on where you live, dimensions  / weight of the box, and so forth. 
• If shipping by DELTA DASH you must pick up your package at the airport cargo terminal within four hours of arrival in order to honor live arrival guarantee. Open your box immediately at the cargo office to insure against theft or accidental death. If you discover a problem, you must notify the airline and Serpents Online.com of the problem right away. 
• Shipping maybe postponed if  weather conditions are unfavorable or other circumstances exist. 
• Serpents Online.com is not liable for packages mishandled by the designated carrier, including but not limited to, lost or stolen packages, delivery delay, misrouted packages, damaged packages, or other circumstances beyond the control of Serpents Online.com.  
• We will not ship without notifying you first. 
• We do not ship outside the USA.
