-Contact us with the ID numbers of the serpents you're interested in. We will let you know if they are in stock.  All animals sold on a first paid - first served basis. 

-We accept cashiers checks, money orders, and credit cards via PayPal. Customers who opt to use PayPal cover surcharge. 

-Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All of our serpents are described as accurately as possible. We are happy to give you an in-hand description if you wish.  If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund, credit, or replacement animal (if available). Shipping costs not included. 

-All serpents are guaranteed to be correctly sexed. Any problems with mis-sexed animals must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving shipment. In the unlikely event an animal is incorrectly sexed, we will work with you to correct the mistake in a fair manner.

-All snakes are captive bred by Serpents Online.com unless communicated otherwise. We do not broker other breeder's animals.

-All snakes feeding voluntarily unless indicated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, scented mice or rats. Scenting food or other preparations to induce feeding are a common practice of snake keeping.   If you are inexperienced with this practice, or do not want to scent food, be sure to ask us what the snake is feeding on before purchasing. 

-In some cases we keep waiting lists for babies. If you want a favorable position on our waiting list, simply let us know. When the animals hatch, we will go down the list and notify each person in order. At that time you may either accept or decline to purchase. 

-Payment plans are a possible on higher ticket purchases. Please contact us for details.
